March to the arch

The namesake of soft drinks and short pants alike, this Italian island has a shoreline defined by cliffs and caverns. On the opposite end of Capri from the island's most famous attraction—the eerie yet romantic Blue Grotto—a sweeping stone arch overlooks the azure Tyrrhenian Sea. The Arco Naturale, itself a collapsed grotto, is only reachable on foot—but rising less than a mile from the center of Capri village, it's not a hard hike for those who seek a unique panorama.
