Jane Austen, author of "Pride and Prejudice", is one of the best-known writers to date, so it"s not a surprise that there are multiple festivals named after her that honor her legacy. One such Jane Austen Festival—held in Bath, England, home to the writer between 1801 and 1806—kicks off on September 8 this year, which also happens to be International Literacy Day.
