This serene landscape is from one of North America’s oldest cities – St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Boasting a coastline that runs nearly 30,000 kilometres, this quaint city has an aura of old-school charm mixed with a modern metropolis. Alongside natural beauty and historic sites, St. John’s is notable for its vibrant rows of colourful houses. Legend has it, the houses sported bright colours for fishermen and sailors to navigate their way home in foggy and stormy weather.
