Festival International de Jazz de Montréal
The world’s largest jazz festival, the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, is officially underway. Traditionally held between June and July, due to the pandemic, the 41st edition has been scheduled to run from September 15 to 19. Approximately, two million jazz aficionados flock to the French city to experience a range of artists specializing in jazz, blues, and world music. Pictured here is the Maison du Festival, the flagship venue for the event. This year, the iconic festival will be free of cost for attendees and for those who can’t physically make it, the festival will be available on live stream as well.
