Karijini’s most picturesque pool
During the summer months we all love to enjoy a quality pool, but few are arguably as truly mesmerising as Kermits Pool, here in Karijini National Park. The Western Australian stunner can be found at the end of the Hancock Gorge Trail, which although only being about a 1.5-kilometre round-trip, can take upwards of two hours to complete. That is largely due to the trail’s rather challenging nature, which requires navigating through tight chambers, narrow paths, and even a ladder or two.
Still, many experienced hikers make the trek every year - the end result well worth all the energy and effort. These crystal-clear blue-green-hued streams make for an incredibly peaceful experience. We can’t think of a better spot to reflect on the new year ahead.
