A celebration of western heritage. World’s largest outdoor rodeo
With over a million visitors, the Calgary Stampede is the largest outdoor rodeo in the world with today being kick-off day. What first began as an exhibition featuring information on the agriculture industry has evolved into a 10-day event featuring music concerts, innovative food offerings and adrenaline-pumping activities such as bull riding and barrel racing. This year marks the 107th edition as the first stampede was put together in 1912.
