The perfect day for a nap. You're feeling sleepy
If you’re feeling a little drowsy, grumpy, or unproductive today, then why not take a cue from this African leopard and find a comfy place to cat nap. The term power nap first appeared in Cornell University professor, James Maas’ 1998 book, 'Power Sleep.' While there's no rule about how long a power nap should be, it's considered to be a short nap that ends before deep sleep begins. Maas and others claim that if you want to be more alert and improve your performance during the day, finding some time for a little shut eye could be the answer.
